The Great Adventure Bible Timeline – A Journey through the Bible
24-Week Series – Thursdays, 9-11:30 a.m. (Began Oct. 15, 2015)
The Great Adventure Bible Timeline
We are called to immerse ourselves daily in the Scriptures, but many of us get lost when we actually dive into the Bible; our reading time can be more frustrating than fruitful.
The Great Adventure Bible Timeline is a Catholic Bible study that provides a solid foundation for a lifetime of Bible reading. It makes the complex simple by teaching the Bible's story—its narrative. Helping you properly meditate on God's Word, this series teaches the story in a way that is easy to remember and that helps you continue reading Scripture on your own.
What Can I Expect at Each Session?
There is a combination of individual reading and study; group discussion; and a videotaped lecture commentary by Jeff Cavins, founder of The Great Adventure Bible Timeline, which helps guide participants as they read through the 14 narrative books of the Bible to discover the meaning of each in light of the whole.
The Great AdventureBible Timeline is an immensely rich study, diving deep into each time-period of salvation history. You will grow in your knowledge of the Bible, and make new friends along the way!
You Will . . .
